Cooperation between everyone involved in law enforcement and all law enforcement agencies, as well as private citizens, business and professional people, was the goal of the original eleven Footprint organizers back in 1929, and that still applies to today's chapters.
Current National membership as of January 31, 2007 stands at 2,549 members in 32 chapters.

Victor Valley Chapter 63 meets on the third Wednesday of each month at Noon, unless a special event requires that it meet in the evening at 6 pm.

Location of the meeting place is usually the Green Tree Inn in Victorville, California, but that is subject to change depending on the judgement of the Board of Directors.
